The BVI Bar Association held a lunch meeting at Maria’s By the Sea Hotel on Friday 22nd April, 2016 where the Director and Senior Compliance Examiner gave a presentation to the Association Members on the AML/CFT supervisory functions of the FIA as it relates to Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professionals.
